3. Castor Oil – is used on the scalp to help prevent and remedy hair loss. The ricinoleic acid that castor oil contains helps increase circulation to the scalp and improve hair growth. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties which make it beneficial against dandruff, folliculitis and other scalp infections.
Please keep in mind that these oils are greasy and using too much would risk your hair being greasy even after washing. Always thoroughly wash your hair with a natural, non-chemical shampoo after treatments.
